Charming St. Augustine & Austin Retreats

We had an amazing stay here! This place was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The fire pit and game room were so much fun for me and my family. It’s also conveniently close to the downtown area, which made getting around easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back!

Our whole family had the best time at Jordan's home! He was incredibly accommodating and super quick to respond anytime we communicated. We came over the 4th of July weekend and stayed in the main house as well as the Tree House. Both spaces were clean, decorated tastefully and had things like, Ziploc bags, trash bags, dish wash tabs, plenty of toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc. The outdoor spaces were so lovely and we spent most of our time out front watching the kids play basketball in the driveway. The porch was perfectly shaded and perfect for enjoying the summer afternoon/evening. It's only about 1 mile to the Bridge of Lions so we walked there for the fireworks and to a couple breweries Island side. Would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful place, Brandon was attentive to the messaging and quick to response. I would like to add that I met Carrie (supportive staff), she was very attentive and helpful with information around the area. The place looks exactly like the pictures, I enjoy the inside and the outside despite the heat. The hammock is a plus!! Loved to rest there in the afternoon!!

I will definitely be coming back! Jordan was fantastic! He was very communicative and proactive when it came to ensuring we had the best time, he was flexible, attentive and professional! His home felt welcoming and was perfect for my trip!

This home is beautifully renovated and very well kept inside! It is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Downtown St. Augustine. Jordan was extremely easy to communicate with, as well.

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and Jordan was very accommodating! The house was great, very clean, and had lots of space in the common areas. Backyard is huge- a great plus for the dogs! Jordan responded to messages right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area as it’s in a peaceful neighborhood but just 5 min from the historic district.

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies! Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause! Wir waren nur zu Zweit und haben nur den unteren Teil gebraucht, aber die Galerie oben mit dem zweiten Bett ist unglaublich toll! Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die benötigt werden. Jordan und Brandon haben uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch Tipps für Bars und Aktivitäten gegeben. Wir haben eine Hop on Hop Off Old Town Trolley Tour gemacht, was sich sehr gelohnt hat. Man kann beim Old Jail gratis Parkieren um vom Treehouse dorthin gelangen. Wir können Brandon und Jordan nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wer einen Halt in St. Augustine plant MUSS wirklich (falls frei) das Treehouse buchen!

The place was spacious and we found it as described. Host messaged in a couple of times to see if we needed anything. This was appreciated but it was so well appointed that we found no needs. The rooftop had a spectacular view of the river and southern part of downtown. This place made for a special weekend for us!

Treehouse was a great experience looked just like the pictures. Highly recommend anyone wanting to go to the area stay here will not disappoint everything is within a 8-10 minute drive has great local restaurants near by. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area !!

We were in town for a family members graduation. Jordan was amazing and very responsive. The kitchen was nicely decorated and the decor was awesome. 10/10 I would stay here again.
